New Landscape: 'Brodick, Arran'

Last month, I posted on my social media channels that I was working on a top secret artwork for my wife, Zoe's, secret 40th birthday weekend (luckily she isn't on social media, so didn't see).

The celebrations included the unveiling of the artwork (depicting her favourite holiday spot on an island off the west coast of Scotland), as well has having her Scottish family come down to Gloucestershire to surprise her last weekend.

After a bit of heavy-lifting help from my handy Mum, the 1900mm x 850mm deep cotton canvas entitled 'Brodick, Arran' has now been hung in our kitchen and Zoe loves it. Details include a bench in memory of her Gran, a favourite childhood ride, and our family car.
